We take you out of Tokyo to Lake Kawaguchi for a scenic ropeway and a sauna built to frame the mountain, then to the classic pagoda viewpoint at Arakurayama and the clear ponds of Oshino Hakkai. With transport and an overnight stay arranged, your only task is to watch for the moment the clouds clear.
We designed this two-day escape around a single subject: Mount Fuji, seen from the lakes and viewpoints that show it best.
